Team Registrations are closed.  Thanks to all who registered!

Teams must pay to register for the tournament. Team registration includes tournament gameplay, transportation to and from the pitch, lunches at the pitch, and drink-up food and beer. This is valid for a total of 25 total players and supporters per team.

Teams must also  complete this form with each player’s name and CIPP number.  Email completed from to

Team Registration does not include T-shirt or breakfast Sunday.  T-shirt pre-orders are closed as of Apr 26.  Brunch can still be purchased on an individual basis here.

Individual/Spectator Registrations

Additional Players and Supporters, and all Spectators, must register as Spectators.  Those can be purchased on an individual basis here or email us to do a bulk order.

Refund Policies

Refunds will be processed in PayPal up to 30 days before the tournament (April 18, 2017).


Group rates associated with the Colonial Cup Tournament were available at two hotels.  Room blocks are no longer available.  A shuttle will be provided between the hotels and fields.

Tournament Structure

Saturday – Elimination

Meet & Greet – Boxers PHL, 1330 Walnut Street, 7pm – 9pm

Join us for a cocktail, and friendly (or not so friendly) trash talking.  We will be distributing Welcome Bags and pre-ordered t-shirts at the Meet & Greet.  Unclaimed bags & shirts will be available at the pitch if you are unable to attend.


A limited number of tournament t-shirts will be available for purchase at the pitch. T-shirt Pre-orders are now closed.


Gryphons, alumni, friends, and family are welcome to volunteer for the tournament.  Opportunities to volunteer include helping at the pitch, selling t-shirts, checking people in to events, and helping to corral the East Coast’s hottest rugby players during the bar crawl.  Please contact if you are interested in volunteering.

    • 5pm -8pm Drink Up & Awards Ceremony, Field House, 1150 Filbert Street (walking distance from hotels)

    • 11pm – 2am Closing Dance Party – Bike Stop, 206 S Quince Street
